We, Plastochem Fabrication (India) Pvt Ltd., are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, a leading manufacturer and supplier of pollution control equipment, product recovery plants, process equipment systems, storage tanks and pipes, etc. We are also engaged in manufacturing Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic(FRP) and thermoplastic chemical process systems and equipment. We design, manufacturer and supply systems and equipment on turnkey basis. Quality

To ensure the superior quality, Plastochem Fabrication (India) Pvt. Ltd. employs '3-tier' quality policy. Primary inspection process includes visual and dimensional checks of the products based on approved drawing, hydraulic testing, anemometer testing and leak proof testing by spark tester. Secondary check is conducted for tensile strength testing, glass content testing and lap-shear strength testing of FRP laminates and bond strength testing of welded specimen/dual laminates. We are the forefront in the domain from design and manufacture to commissioning of turnkey plants made of plastics and plastic composites and plants for pollution control. Expert process design, compared to their competitors is a strong point of Plastochem. As regards mechanical design, we can do as per practically any standard from Indian Standards to International standards like BS, DIN, ASME, ASTM or the French Standard NF T57-900.

Most of our manufacturing procedure being labor intensive, do not require heavy equipment or machinery.
